Fistral Retreats is located at No 16 Pentire Heights on Pentire Avenue in Newquay, Cornwall.  It is in an elevated position on the Pentire Headland with a gradual approach with fantastic views of Fistral Beach 5-10 minutes on foot, the town centre is about 15-20 minutes on foot.

It is a ground floor apartment that sleeps a maximum of 4 people in 2 good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite with shower and step. The apartment was redecorated and refurnished in 2013.

The private car park has a tarmac surface and there are 17 shallow steps with handrails up to the courtyard and landscaped grounds.  The entrance lobby is carpeted.  The apartment has laminate flooring and the bathroom and ensuite have ceramic flooring.

The ensuite has a shower with an entrance step of 260mm/10 inches.  The main bathroom has a 570mm/22 inch high step over the bath side into the shower.

Additional Information

•    Assistance dogs are welcome upon sight of ID Book when booking.

•    All areas in the apartment have good doors and walls. Generally,  doors are wooden and walls are light in colour.

•    Free Wi-Fi available in the apartment. Mobile phone reception is good but varies from room to room.
